I love any bacon that makes it to my lips. Lately it has been Black Pepper Thick Applewood smoked from a local meat counter.

I know they have chocolate covered bacon but I would love to find Salted-Caramel coated Bacon

i've had Hormel Black Label, definitely very good. probably the best out of the supermarket brands that i've tried.
