Do you eat it Plain or do you add something to it? Sweet or Savory? Personally I like mine either Plain or with something Spicy added to it. I will add hot sauce or hot peppers to it. What to do to start weight training?
I just turned 33, I am 6'3" and 430 pounds. I have got my self to start walking 30-40 mins everyother day. I see most people say that walking/cardio does not help lose fat. I know it has to be a start at my weight it seems every little helps. What would be some suggestion to help me get started?
