Day 5 of week 2 today...........glad to be done. Anxious for week 3 and 4 because after this I am doing a rotation of Shred, NMTZ, and BFBM.

Day 3 of RI30 and it was some easier today, but those plank jacks and burpees back to back fry me.....missed a few reps. I notice as I get better at it I don't burn as many calories, which makes sense so work really hard people!

Morning just finished day 5 of week 1 of RI30, tired in the warmup today.........LOL just one of those days I guess but the important thing is I pushed through and got it done.

Just finished Day 3 of Level 1 of RI30 and then took a 2 Mile Power Walk........I workout around 9 am, it works best for me to get it done.

Day 2 of RI30 and loving it. HR was really high and sweated like crazy.........After doing Shred this one seems easier, yes i say that now, wait until weeks 2,3 and 4!

Day 2 of RI30 and I still like it. Sweat like crazy and HR is way up there. I think the hardest for me is the side lunging with the upright raise. I am only using 3's on that, but a 10 KB on the dead lifts with upright rows, and 5's on the rest. How is everyone else doing?

Today is my rest day, I said that yesterday but then I did my RI30 but today I shall lay low. I have worked out for 7 days straight so it is just as important to rest as to workout. Have a great day everyone.
