I agree with you on the containers. I am only on day 2 and my breakfast and lunch and my starch/carbs are already done for the day. I need my sandwich at noon and cereal or oats in the morning. But that isn't "all" people. I am not one of those that uses my exercise equipment as clothes hangers. I really use it, and I know this was posted a long time ago but I just saw it recently and I liked the concept of it and the portability of it as well.

Thanks everyone, I use a HR monitor, I do mix it up all the time, and I eat well........I only have 5 pounds to lose, so I am not "overweight" by any means, but it's the 5 pounds that don't move. Very interesting reading, thank you again.

Thanks everyone, I am not alone the. I measure my exercise with my Polar Heart Rate Monitor so I know it is correct. I know that the calories MFP says is not accurate.

Stacy I hear ya girl! I upped my calories for a while to see if that would work and it actually had me gain weight, so lowered back down and still the same weight. Like it is cemented onto me,,,,,,,,I workout religiously and I chart my food religiously and nothing ever changes. If anything I am up .5 pounds.

Thank you, I try and eat lots of protein so that isn't too much of a problem. Your suggestions are good. I have to be careful because I have a bad neck and upper back and if I go too heavy I have knots in my back for days. I was wondering if I should try something I haven't done in a long time that is totally different…
