Anyone loving their Total Gyms? Thinking about getting one for home to go with the Treadmill I already use.

    I enjoyed ours, but we gave it to my in-laws. My husband and I were actually talking about taking it back!

    I love mine, use it nearly every day now. It actually does work when you use it regularly! :smile:
    You will be able to notice a difference in how your body looks and feels and I like the flexibility of having something like this in my home to use when it works best for me.

    Does anyone have any links to guides/videos on using one? We inherited one from the previous owners of our house and I've been curious but I don't want the thing to fall over with me on it or anything.
