  • When I eat out I go to Subway and get the veggie sub. Or I go to Panera which lists the calories of all their food items on the menu (love that!). McDonald's will kill you unless you get the salad (which is still probably chock full of chemicals) or one of the fruit parfait items.
  • Congratulations! I'm an early riser and also hit the gym around 6am. Sometimes it is soooooo hard to get going in the morning. But I also have a workout partner, who really helps keep me motivated. Your idea sounds great, I might have to start doing that with my workout partner so that we stay motivated.
  • That's awesome. I have a dr. appt. in two weeks. My cholesterol is typically high (around 237) but I started exercising and watching what I eat about 6 months ago. I can't wait to see if my numbers change. I'll do a post after my blood work.
  • It's totally worth it. Try to focus on things other than weight loss to get you through. I like to think of things like 1. My mood will be much improved for most of the day if I work out in the morning 2. I feel really great after working out 3. I feel like my head is clearer and thoughts come faster after I work out 4.…
  • I'm new too! Good luck with your goals.
