thanks for the clarifications! I just went to the grocery store and planned a menu for tomorrow. I just put it in my diary, so I know exactly what I am going to eat - instead of eating then put in diary and hoping for the best. I have not been adding back exercise, because I have always felt that my weight gain is due to food intake. I have exercised consistently for years. But I thank you for the link and will definitely look into it.

I fixed my ticker. The first week is always more of a weight loss so for the first week it seemed slow. But I agree with you guys I should just stay on track w my calories.
