I started 3 months ago and lost about 6 lbs. Start 165lbs, now 159 lbs. 5 ft 7" -55 year old female. I have meticulously counted calories by weighing food on the scale. Taking a CUP of water out of the Ocean=my wght loss
After 7 weeks, I lost 5.2 lbs. I stay pretty focused. I'm 5 '7" start at 165, now weigh 159.8. I need to change up my routine of what I eat. Can anyone suggest specific foods that are lower in carbs. Or meals that are good and easy. I don't cook much - Mostly assemble food. :)

55 years old female - just started (again) any tips?
I NEED to lose at least 10 lbs. I know that might not sound like much to some peeps, but its not easy. I started 2 weeks ago with a low carb approach. 1200 calories, 90gm carbs a day. I do exercise, cardo & weights 4 times a week for an hour. - I already feel stuck and its only been 11 days. Any advice.

Why Eat MORE calories?
Why does everyone say eat more calories and you will lose weight? I could make my diary public if you guys want to look and tell me if it looks ok or not. I am trying to keep carbs down. Carbs just stick to me. I just started 2 weeks ago and lost 2 lbs so far. It feels very slow......
