Specific Food reccomendations

I need to change up my routine of what I eat. Can anyone suggest specific foods that are lower in carbs. Or meals that are good and easy.

I think whole grains are good - although they might not be lower in carbs, they are much more filling so you don't need to eat as much. Whole grain pastas, breads, brown rice.
Also, chicken breast and beans are very good sources of protein and also filling.0
