If you are doing low carb, make sure you up your fats and proteins.

to be honest I only get protein from there, I use their go whey 80 its low in carbs and sugars and there's about 20g of protein per serving. sorry I can't give you much more help as the protein is the only products I use off them.

I've tried avacado I'm not fussed on the taste, I'll buy some coconut oil tomorrow. I've just ordered some Optimum Health Organic Omega Oil Blend so I'm gonna use that when it arrives, I'll use eggs also :) thanks
