Nope ☹️ I work from home and looking for something to do from my office. I've been walking in circles and switched to a standing desk but it's not enough.

I like Powerade zero. It uses Sucralose which doesn't spike insulin. I usually dilute it with water and it helps the water go down much easier while also providing electrolytes.

A lot of people get down 20lbs in the first couple of months on Keto diet. Granted you'll gain it all back later losing that aggressively but if you have something special like a wedding it could help. You lose a lot of water weight on Keto the first mo th due to glycoge depletion.

I subtract fiber from carbs to count net carbs. I wish mfp allowed macros with net carbs.

Keto has helped me stop binging. You should definitely bring all of these issues up to your doctor. You could have more going on than you're realizing. Often binging, hormones and menstrual issues are deeply related for people (like PCOS or Thyroid).

Water, potassium, magnesium and sodium are very important on Keto. If these aren't balanced I hold onto water. You can get the Keto strips to help see if your ketones are up yet. What are your macros?

I like unsweetened almond milk bc it is low calorie and low in saturated fat. I don't like it in coffee though, I would use a splash of soy milk for that. Everything else is good with almond milk though, I like it in oatmeal, overnight oats, and protein shakes.

I love my Smooth Fitness elliptical. It is more expensive, but the quality is like those commercial machines in the gym.
