I feel your frustration ! this site has helped me in the past,so here I am again! I truly think weight lose has alot to do with why you want to be thin. And holding yourself accountable. So here we go lets do this for us!

Sorry :flowerforyou: Whenever this happens to me I chew a piece of gum (and I am not a gum chewer) it seems to help I think the chewing makes me think about something else. Hope this helps.

I would like to know why if I click done once that message says one weight and then if I click done again it is lower which do I believe? of coarse I'd like to believe the lower of the two:wink:

This is my second week the journaling is really helping I think. So far so good if I could only find more time to exercise! Good luck let me know if you have any ideas.
