It's hard to describe the pain. It's not like a pain that is so bad that i can't get through my workout, it's just the normal pain that most people with asthma get. I just find it weird that the pain is there for like 1-2 minutes...maybe i should just take the jumping jacks out my warm ups to see if that helps

I would say like jumping jacks, i don't usually get pain when riding my bike and jogging so i am assuming maybe jumping jacks could cause the pain?

Well there is a difference between skinny and being fit. He shouldn't be starving himself cause that just backfires and make you bigger then you were at first once he starts eating again

I have my journal up for today...I didn't eat much at all because i was sleep almost all day because i had a head ace

I drink up to 125 oz a day and i do not weight my food but i usually eat foods that will keep me full for a long time

I usually do not put my food up here because the app takes too long to upload when in on the go but i will start doing that soon

Thank you, im afraid to drop below 1,200 calories because everyone says its not good. fitnesspal says for me to eat 1,400 but i have to force myself to eat that much because its not that easy to eat 1,500 calories of healthy foods

There is no way that i am dehydrated because i drink more water than recommended for my body weight...

my sister told me when she hit her plateau, she increased her amount of calories and then a little more junk food for about 2 days then she stopped eating the little bit of junk food but kept her calories at the extra 100 that she added. She said that helped even though she only lost two pounds that week.
