Hello all....38yrs old here from The Bahamas. My mini goal is to stick to my 1200 calories per day and to exercise atleast 30 mins 6 days per week. I'm so sick and tired of my weight and realy hope I can see some results by the end of 2014.

I'm looking forward to losing another 2 pounds when I weigh in on Wednesday October 2nd, 2013. I accomplished my 1st 2 pounds this week, so I'm hoping for the best in my next weigh in. All the best to all of you.
