If you are staying on a hotel that has free breakfast see if they have yogurt n fresh fruit. At least one of your meals won't be so bad.

I'm not sure what the real answer is. My boyfriend and I have been watching n counting our calories and we both have lost weight. I guess being accountable for what we eat is helping alot.

I am tired of being the fat girl as well! I just started watching what I eat and putting more exercise in my day! Some days are soo hard to keep focused!
