I make mine this way Tuna Light Hellman's Hard boiled egg whites Pickles Little pepper Sometimes I put it on bread, other times I have used crackers crumbled on top or more in the summer I have stuffed my tuna mix in a tomato.

If you are staying on a hotel that has free breakfast see if they have yogurt n fresh fruit. At least one of your meals won't be so bad.

I'm not sure what the real answer is. My boyfriend and I have been watching n counting our calories and we both have lost weight. I guess being accountable for what we eat is helping alot.
