Does anyone have an good exercises for losing inches in my belly. I also have some back fat that needs to go. I have arthritis and some exercises are hard to do. Such as doing planks.
So we went out of town for the weekend. Ate out all weekend n on the go. Never a sit down meal. I feel so bloated n gross. We didn't stay in a town with real restaurant's. Fast food places . I totally blew my loss.
I have arthritis in alot of my joints. I was wondering if yoga is a good way to help me exercise. What is a good way to start???
