So we went out of town for the weekend. Ate out all weekend n on the go. Never a sit down meal. I feel so bloated n gross. We didn't stay in a town with real restaurant's. Fast food places . I totally blew my loss.

Start again tomorrow or when you get back. You didn't blow it. Blowing it would be if you stopped tracking your calories all together.

I'm the same. I start out with good intentions, then once we're on vacation I tell myself ''well, a little bite of this won't hurt, one slice of pizza won't hurt, another glass of wine because we're on vacation ....''. We have a 2-week ski trip planned for January. I'll still be at least 10 lbs away from my goal weight if I continue on the right track. I'm already starting to think of strategies for sticking with the plan. If this is truly a lifestyle, it needs to factor in vacations - so need to figure out how to reward myself without the excessive food and drink.
    Tips and advice appreciated!

If you are staying on a hotel that has free breakfast see if they have yogurt n fresh fruit. At least one of your meals won't be so bad.

I have a hard time with vacations as well. I've found tough that I can eat whatever I want for 4-5 days, and come back, and lose essentially everything I gained in about a week. It's mostly water weight that's gained, and maybe a bit of fat. Even on a 2 week vacation, the most you'd gain is 4lbs of fat, so as long as there is not a specific timeline to lose the weight, it doesn't matter. If it's really a lifestyle, it doesn't matter what you do 20% of the time as long as you eat as you should 80% of the time. The hard part for me is going back to eating on a caloric deficit after a vacation.
