I plan all my food intake the night before, or two nights before. That way I just grab and go and don't have to think about macros because everything is already tracked, I just open my app and look what I need to eat.

Not eating before a workout is ok, but not eating after a workout is unsafe. Your muscle tissues are damaged after a workout and your body needs protein, carbs, and fats to help recover. You can seriously injure yourself if you don't properly recover.

The only "fat burner" that works is Green Tea Extract ECGC. Do your research on it, only buy brands made in US/Canada.

Strength Training and eat at a Caloric Surplus (Eat roughly 200-300 calories more than your maintenance) You can set MFP to gain weight as well.

Carbohydrates aren't bad for you. The only carbohydrates that are bad for you are the ones found in pastries/high processed sugar items. It's just like fat, there's good fats and bad fats. Don't count it, just make sure you count the ingredient portions next time you cook it. You can try looking at it and doing a rough estimate. What I do when I can't count the calories in something (For example I eat a friend's place) I immediatly assume the plate is 700 calories to play on the safe side, unless it's…
