When I Dead lifted 275# and Snatched 85# with ease....power cleaning 125# a while back and as soon as my injury is gone I want to see what I can hit now -- going for 140#

Yes starting eating closer to your maintenance since you don't have much to lose and your muscle to fat ratio is closer. I had to do the same thing. You'll hit that standstill for a bit but then it should start moving again. YOu will lose slower but don't get discouraged.

I take measurements and use a caliper the scale only takes into consideration your height and weight Scale says I'm 29% and the other way says 22.7

I did it for ****s and gigs to see where I land at my box - we had a counter/no-repper -- Did 39 reps (RX with C2B) but I'm in a walking boot so the squats took me a bit on one leg - was tough!
