I do paleo and this is not the way to do it! I challenged myself with Paleo to restrict processed food and "bad" carbs. It is Pre-agriculture as stated above. It is helping me reshape my body but not in a let me drop weight as fast as possible way. There is still the concept of eating right and eating enough…

i drink 2-3 per day and I drink it black i'm looking good i think ;)

You are consistently over your carbs and way under on your protein. Try to even that out a bit :)
-
You should do the challenge by Body Fat % loss instead of "weight" in pounds on a scale. That way you are not just doing cardio and trying to lose muscle mass for the sake of winning. Suggest body fat loss. Huge difference and it'll change your composition of your body :)
-
I did this for a bit when I wasn't lifting. I would do cardio a few days a week and hike on saturdays. Stopped drinking. I lost 16 pounds in a bout 2 months. It works pending on what you are doing and really isn't that bad if you know how to eat correctly. Now that I lift all the time, I eat a lot more to feed my muscles.

There are other workouts to increase grip strength -- hanging from a bar (i.e.) I wouldn't do that many reps either. over/under grip is awesome when getting to higher weights. You can try using the "hook grip" start the bar in your fingers not your palm. I find less tension on my forearms.
-
sure can but are you hungry? Turn that salad dressing calories into a bunch of servings of vegetables and that milk into a boiled egg food is our friend small examples :)
-
second this! Eat well and lift and continue to lose bodyfat -- weight and composition are not solely based on the scale and the crap we google that says what "overweight" is
-
back this up!
-
**Do you normally eat that many veggies?? Cause that sometimes does that me. Or try cutting out the dairy. Things can develop overtime.
-
Honestly you need to look at what you are eating. There are a few days where you just did "quick add calories" so your macros are not accurate. You have a decent amount of bread carbs in there with the rolls and cheese -- try taking those out. Also after dinner you are snacking on candy like M&Ms - you'd be amazed how…

b : the object of such devotion c : a usually small group of people characterized by such devotion HECK YEAH! i'm characterized by devotion b/c I do paleo - Guess that means I have some sweet willpower and strong character traits to move me in a direction of doing something I believe is healthy for me
-
Do you know how to back bail? If you can't to the point where you can't get back up back bail. Knowing that you have a way out from under the weight is always comforting. If you get stuck in the squat and get get out you throw the bar backwards. Or get a spotter to help you.
-
getting my next one tomorrow! boom!
-
you'll feel better coming back knowing you ate well on vacation instead of getting on the scale and feeling down for over indulging :) Just saying
-
This is out of a magazine as she poses for a shoot. There are ways to look that muscular right before a shoot the same way figure competitors do it before the contest when they are dehydrated and do carb loading and depleting to hit it kudos to the dude that posted the other photo of her not flexing and tanned up
-
Are you on the pill?? IBU is weak - take midol -- I used to pop 2 when I had bad cramps - I dont get them anymore but I think that's from the amount of exercise I do now compared to then
