  • I am also pescatarian. I subscribe to Vegetarian Times and they have a lot of great recipes. I just made the Smoky Split Pea Soup (which sounded scary at first) and it was amazing. I also find a lot of recipes at Cooking Light. Even if they call for meat, I will leave it out or use a meat substitute (like Boca or Quorn).
  • Vegetarians eat No meat (whether beef, poultry, seafood or any byproducts of them - even broths for example) Vegans eat No meat or meat products (which include egg, any dairy, or anything that comes from an animal) I know there is a lot of confusion on that. :)
  • I eat just about any type of fish...although I do prefer them without skin or heads. :) I am not huge on shellfish - like clams and oysters though.
