I did the update goal thing for awhile but noticed it kept getting lower and lower so I upped my calories to 1500 ( doesn't mean I have to hit that number daily) I wasn't even near my goal weight and it was 1300. you'll lose weight as long as you aren't eating like you were. healthy fats are good I wouldn't be concerned

ive already used them outside so I don't think so. im using them for walking/running and I cant even last an hour.

your body burns calories all day long wether you sit down or are up and active. your body needs energy.... say you ate a ton of calories your body is going to be half way down with those calories by the end of the night and now lets add on exercise. means youre empty... so your body has no source of energy. I dont eat all…

I use to have a junk food night every other night. I use to have orange juice at every meal and in between. also frozen dinners and pop was biggie! and eating garbage at work!
