20 grams of protein, 2 sugar and less than 200 total calories per bar. The double choc chunk flavour is my favourite.

GNC is still expensive compared to iherb. For example, if you buy 3 boxes at iherb, including shipping, and after the discount you get for your first order, those 36 bars will cost under $2 each. And if you'd like a further discount, you can use my discount code .... SMS883

iherb.com Shipping via DHL takes 3-4 days, and there are discounts for your first order, for spending more than a certain amount etc. Shipping on 4 or 5 boxes is really cheap, something like US$8. Also great prices for vitamins and other supplements etc.

I've got bar ends on my MTB. Most of my riding is on paths and roads and the ability to vary hand position and stretch out makes a huge difference to my comfort levels. Edit: Not sure why the forum is not liking my Photobucket link. This is the URL of the photo, and I enclosed it in the required tags -…

Do Aussie Farmers Direct service Brisvegas? If so, they'd be a good option. We've been using them for 3 or 4 years now for our fruit/veg, bread, milk and eggs. http://www.aussiefarmers.com.au/

I turn 53 this year, and I'm working towards seeing my abs for the first time.

I like a small meal before a gig, and because our gigs usually involve 2 or more hours on stage, I don't freak out if I have a couple of beers, because there's more than enough incidental cardio involved to burn off the beers, especially taking into account load-in and load-out lugging.

For women to drive on this highway their vehicle requires the fitment of an additional non-standard aftermarket accessory.

I've only ever been down that road as the driver, not as a passenger.

If you are doing your strength workouts correctly, there's your HIIT right there - heavy set (or superset or giant set) with good form, short rest, repeat. No need to add time doing extra cardio.

Different people thrive on different amounts of sleep. Even if you are a light sleeper, it's the actual resting time that is most important. I probably average 5 or 6 hours actual sleep per night, maybe less, because I'm a very light sleeper, but I've never had an issues with my energy levels or tiredness during the day.

52 here, and been back in the gym for just over a year now after about 12 or 13 years of not doing much at all. It's certainly a lot harder now than it was in my 30s - more aches and pains, and less flexibility, for example, and old sporting injuries coming back to bug me. Once I joined MFP in the middle of last year and…

I've worn spandex versions of those before .... but I was playing in a hair rock tribute band at the time. And I have something similar I wear when cycling in the middle of winter over the top of my knicks. But otherwise, it's hard to rock that look in public with strong legs.

Unless the gun has a silencer fitted, I'd rather kill the cinema texter in a quieter manner that doesn't disturb other patrons.
