Sounds to me like normal weight loss your skin was tight holding all the excesses in like a balloon full of air, as the excess disappears the skin loosens like a balloon deflating difference is skin can adjust given time. As for feeling warmer your circulation is likely to improve as you relieve some of the pressure on the…

Calories are calories so weight loss is same whatever the source health would probably suffer in other ways tho!
-
Eat the home made bread and exercise or move a bit more!
-
Fresh out of the machine whatever I have just baked, usually wholemeal but anything goes!

Get a heart rate monitor and control the workout I started at 308 lbs recovering from illness and failed to soon purely because I was pushing myself to hard just completed a half marathon on the rowing machine easily by keeping my maximum HR bellow 80% of my max, and intend to do the full marathon very soon.
-
Read this it could be you have gained water weight if you have exercised a lot more than normal but accuracy is the key http://www.acaloriecounter.com/blog/why-am-i-not-losing-weight/

I assume all calories from HRM or other sources are gross and convert to nett then if I am wrong, I am wrong on the right side, also MFP is either very low or very high so I stick with HRM and calculate my own then convert it to net here…

It's certainly possible the only thing that stands in your way is you, decide to do it, log accurately and put in the effort and it will happen, I started at 308 lbs 31/1/13 and am down 105 lbs.
-
There are illnesses where excessive bone growth occurs but I am sure this would have been diagnosed by now so I cannot use this excuse either! When you stop making excuses and decide to tackle the problem it can be done, 105lbs lost in less than 11 months by just eating less moving more, its not rocket science. Lose the…

I could not afford to join one! So I brought one for less than six months subscription and now have no excuses its always in the next room. Reebok Rower Kettler Elliptical York Exercise Bike Weights Hybrid Cycle All second hand nearly or totally unused and in excellent condition.

I have never really stalled but when it slowed a bit I checked the accuracy of my logging and increased the effort in my workouts and continued.

This ^ I continue to lose 2.5lbs a week following these rules I don't have a cheat day as I cannot see the point in cheating myself!
-
I have seen one a friend was having delivered and could honestly say that the meals looked and tasted no better than frozen ready meals easily available and calories about the same, but at six times the price. Perhaps the trick is you can't afford to get fat! That friend now purchases ready made frozen alternatives and is…

I have not hit a plateau since I started 31 Jan 2013 I have gained a few times hovered for a week but then bang a few pounds lost. If you are logging accurately and eating a deficit the weight does come off, when I get close to my target weight I expect the 2.5lb a week average I have been hitting to become harder.
-
I have lost over 100lbs without changing my diet and that should not be a problem its about a deficit no matter what you eat deficit equals weight loss. If you have increased your exercise lately then muscles hold water as part of the recovery system, also weight loss is erratic I can gain and lose for no reason with…

A portion of the 10lb loss may have been water weight, now that waters back and the 10lb loss is hopefully a real loss, 10lb a month ain't bad try a little patience and make you log accurately it should move along soon!

This^

Move a little more eat and some of your exercise calories its not rocket science you can eat what you like so long as you create a deficit then you will lose weight!

I have mine tested at the hospital as I am recovering from some serious medical problems! However I did the test on a concept 2 rowing machine a couple of times to compare results and was surprised how close the results were to each other so may be a good guide it can be found here…
