You need to be eating alot more if you are breastfeeding exclusively. You actually shouldn't even be dieting to begin with but you need at least make sure you are eating 1200 calories PLUS enough to be breastfeeding or you will most likely lose your milk and not feeding your baby enough. It should automatically add those calories into your total for the day. I think its set up so you eat what you burn.

If you are just "sore" it didn't actually hurt yourself then yes go ahead and work out. You might not be able to go as hard but just keep going. Also working out will loosen up your muscles and make them less sore.

I use the website as opposed to my bike. I burn waaay more than my bike says. I'm going to get a HRM monitor but I just know from the past that I'm burning more than that. At my old gym the bike had a HRM built into it which was nice thought for some reason I have a very weak pulse so its hard for monitors to pick up.

I have two boys, 2 and 4. No twins here but they are the exact same size and people THINK they are twins daily lol. I could use some mommy support.

Just has to run its course. You will probably start feeling better tomorrow though! I had it a few weeks ago and am STILL coughing! Just hang in there, lots of hot showers, motrin and so on!

I usually watch tv while riding the stationery bike b/c it just distracts from my butt hurting on the seat (I hate the seat!) haha. I like anything thats upbeat but mostly hard rock helps!

Nice work! I have never been concerned with how much I weigh. In fact at my thinnest I wasn't skinny but I was toned and that is my goal again. I want my clothes to fit better.

I have had two c-sections and my stomach isn't great anymore but once I lose some belly fat I'll see what it looks like. Yes totally depends on your goals. Do you need to lose weight or do you want to tone up? If its losing weight I would go with regular p90, if you want to tone up p90x is awesome. But you dont run on a calorie deficit on there so losing weight is different.

Thanks everyone. My plan is to workout during the day while my 2 year old is napping. My 4 year old doesn't get in the way much, he will hang out with me. Hopefully it works out!
