Ok Hopefully I remember how to post these! Haha
The first picture was of me at the end of my pregnancy July 2010and I weighed 236 pounds. The second picture, I just took today, and I weigh 178 pounds! I have lost just about 60 pounds in 7 months!! I still have about 30 more pounds to go!!

ok so Ive been on this diet or should I say not going over my recommended calories for 2weeks now and I try and work out every now an then, but so far I haven't seen any weight loss. I just want to know when you started myfitnesspal did you work out or did you just count your calories to lose all your weight? and by the way you look great :-)0
