I'm sorry to hear your news. The greats news is it's not over. I have recently returned to the MFP community. I will be going to my provider very soon and am expecting a pretty harsh reality check as well. Together that's how we can do this.

I agree with Sandraleigh87 about the smoothie. I have recently started adding Organic spinach, the strawberries and blueberries cover the spinach flavor. Just another way to get in some extra vitamins. Good luck!

Excellent!!! I changed it up just a bit. I used skim milk vs 1% and real sugar(2tsp). Oh and coffee instead water. Thx for the wonder recipe.

So proud of you!! Such a hard thing to cut out. I recent started cutting back. I only do Starbucks on Fridays. It has been a rough because Starbucks is located inside my work. But, it sure taste better now that only have it once a week.

Congrats new mommy! Your life has forever changed. I think it's wonderful you realize the need to take care yourself so you can be here for child. Thanks so much. My next post was going to be questions. Questions about diet....whether most people just calorie count or just eat extremely healthy. Questions about exercise....how much and how often, if at all? You've already touched on both. Congrats on your sucess!
