Vanilla Latte Anyone???

98 cal, 11 carb, 3 fat, 6 protein. Vanilla Late.

1/2 cup of 1% low fat Milk
1/4 cup water
2 tsp of vanilla extract
1/2 tsp of Splenda
Add all in cup, and heat up in microwave on 2 mins. then add 1/4 cup of milk....

I don't like my Lattes too hot, hence the milk at the end. and I don't drink them too sweet, so 1/2 tsp of Splenda is plenty sweet for me. Often I put a dash of cinnamon on top as well.

ENJOY and save 5 dollars at Starbucks/ Second cup.

    That sounds so good! Will definitely have to try it later. I haven't been to Starbucks in so long because I can't afford the calories or the $5 for a small drink, lol.

    I really really miss starbucks!! Used to go everyday until I started mfp and learned how many calories is in a white chocolate moca....WOW. But I have since found out about the non-fat drinks and the skinny drinks. When I have a splurge moment I get one of those.

    Excellent!!! I changed it up just a bit. I used skim milk vs 1% and real sugar(2tsp). Oh and coffee instead water. Thx for the wonder recipe.
