I’m with you! I’m about 280 and have goals to be around 165. Please feel free to add me. My best friend and I decided if we can lose 100 lbs we will reward ourselves with a week long vacation! I’m so motivated and ready to go most days... but a lot are struggles as well. I need friends and support!

I do BodyCombat in a class at my gym. I have only gone a couple times so far but I'm LOVING it! It is so much fun and the instructor I have is so high energy. Love the program - and from what I've seen of other Les Mills programs, they are great!
