I never really thought of setting, goals for the week.... so... I thought I would take baby steps and just have ONE goal for the week NO SNACKING AFTER 7 PM..... (or after dinner) This one is really hard because I sometimes have a late dinner because I get home late from the gym.

I have been doing level 1 and 2 back to back 4 days this week. That is tough! Itakes about 55 mins. L2D3 its good makes me sweat i always do an extra 20 mons aerobics after and 20 mins eleptical after on weekends and 60 mins step class twice a week during the week. the walk dow push-ups are hard though but i love them :)

I decide to try the protein shakes at costco. I bought the powder protein and shake it myself. It works great for me, it does replace a meal but I do find that I am hungry after so most times I have a big salad with it and it works great. :) HTH

Personally I do not have a problem with my cheat with is generally Sundays. I will allow myself to eat something and indulge a little always keeping in mind the calories and fat contents. It is not a carte blanche stuff my face day for me... I also do not workout on this day. I don't know why it is more difficult or easier…
