April 21 weigh in 260 - 80 lbs to go Wahoooo!!!!! 20 lbs lost in 35 days......makes all the fretting over calories, excercising when I absolutely don't feel like it & drinking 10 glasses of water a day..................worth it!

I too mark down my housework, or shopping, as opposed to sitting on the couch watching the idiot box, and believe me I got 100+ lbs overweight because I had many of those days. SuniBC because I live in the sunny Okanagan Valley in British Columbia, Canada. For you that think Canada is cold....I live 15 miles from the only desert in Canada, and we have rattlesnakes, scorpions and 90 to 100 dg weather in the summer. 100 grams is 6.673 table spoons. Here is a handy dandy site for converting..... http://www.convert-me.com/en/convert/cooking Just put in 100 in the gram area, hit convert ....and it shows you ounces, cups, tbsps and many more.
