Are you telling me that ....yes, I should eat my exercise calories everyday or....no, I shouldn't! I guess I don't understand. And that could be the reason that I have only lost 11 pounds since 1/10/11. We usually do anywhere from 2 miles of exercising to 4 miles every day. And I just sit at a desk everyday (sedentary).…

is there a reason that you feel you must eat your exercise calories? I usually just eat the 1200 calories that I get for the day. I only eat the extra exercise calories if we go somewhere to eat and I need them.

We do the chicken fajitas without the sides and I eat about 10 chips with some salsa. Good meal and not too many calories!

the Special K Crisps are excellent!! You can have 30 chips for 110 calories. They are addictive.

It usually tells you on the back of the dvd what to put it under. Most of them are considered low impact aerobics.

On the back of one of her dvd's that we work out to, it says it considered low impact aerobics. So just put down how long you do the exercise for and it will chart it for you.

Can someone tell me what Shred is? I have seen it on here, but don't know what it is. We are doing Leslie Sansone's walk off the pounds, but I would like to try something on the side.
