My hubby is a crappy eater too...We are in the midst of a "no outside food" challenge for the month of November..maybe your boyfriend would be game for something like that too...that way you control EVERY calorie.

I can't stand earbuds...for some reason they always either hurt my ears or fall out. I switched to the chunky over the ear headphones and I love them...I think my current pair are skullcandy.

I find that intermittent fasting works well for me. You have an eating window, say 8 hours, and the rest of the hours in a day you don't eat. While this method doesn't work for everyone, I have had great results in the past.

I think they are relatively accurate - if you really want to get one check out the consumer reports to find out which one gives you the most accurate reading for the money.

I find that if I am close to my calories already but still think I am going to be hungry I add some filler foods that are low calorie. Last night, for example, I had pork tenderloin. I only had 3 ounces of pork, but loaded up on homemade sauerkraut - since a serving of that is only 17 calories. That little trick might help…
