  • I have had about 3 sets of digital scales, and they have all been inaccurate. My present set sticks on a weight, although you know you have lost weight, so I get my husband to stand on them and then when I get on again, they`ve gone down. I have no idea why!:grumble:

  • If you`re not hungry - dont eat them. I try to stick to my 1200 cals per day, however, if I have gone over my intake, I usually exercise to try to work the calories off.
