30 Day shred is a workout by Jillian Michaels. You do each level (there are 3levels) for 10days then move to the next level. Each level gets a little harder.

I've done it twice! Before actually completing the 1st time, I would only do 2weeks then give up! Whatever you do, DON'T give up. You will see good results from 30DS! Keep going ladies!

Your better off getting an HRM. MFP's exercise calorie count is horrible! You would have to go weeks possible months without eat before your in starvation mode. Your body clings onto the fat when your not eating much. The only thing can happen is your metabolism slowing down.

Are you averaging 1200-1500 on your net calories? or is that before you put in your workouts? With TDEE you don't eat back your exercise calories. As long as you don't eat over your TDEE all the time (which would make you gain weight) your ok. They also say don't eat below your BMR as that number is what you need to keep…
