Easy salmon glazes: (put on half way through baking at 9-11 min per inch of thickness at 350) Low sodium soy sauce (tsp) and All Fruit spread of either apricot or orange marmalade (1-2 TBSP) Balsamic vinegar (2 TBSP reduced in a pan with one clove minced garlic) mix in honey or brown sugar (according to taste)
