  • Way to go! I skipped yesterday because I've been working non stop since thursday and literally needed to sleep monday. But I'm about to get started back up today!

  • congrats! I weighed myself this morning and lost 1.5 from last week in total. (1lb since my last weigh in.) I have a lot to lose, so that may be why. But I'm super stoked I lost weight because I just got "aunt Flo" last friday and normally I gain during this time! Congrats on your 11 day streak of no smoking, you can do it!

  • Early day for me too. I even woke up early to make time, but looks as though I'll be doing it after work. Keep up the good work guys!
  • I think the first couple of days won't show a lot of progress because you're going to be gaining muscle as well as losing weight. You should check your measurements for motivation! Also, try not to weigh yourself every day, you may get discouraged!
  • My quads and calves were definitely sore, but they feel much better after the workout!

  • Yeah, I got 325 calories burned for 25 mins of work. I included the warm up, but not cool down. It would be fantastic if that were true, can't use a HRM since I don't have one. But maybe I'll look into it.
  • Just about to start day 1! Just a question, how do you plan on logging this into the exercise portion of your diary? I like to keep track, but there is no "30 day shred" workout when I search it. I have no idea how many calories I will be burning, and I don't want to guess. Maybe Circuit training?
