I am 5'2. My intake average is about 1300-1400 calories. I started at 120lbs 3 weeks ago and today I weighed in at 118.5b lbs. My cardio workout is only 30 minutes long, 5x a week. I wanted to keep it simple as I was pretty much inactive prior to December.

I started micro needling my stretchmarks on November 1st, and I'm already seeing small improvements :D The large marks have broken into several small marks, and if I look close enough I can see small patches of clear skin :O This is so amazing! Just did my second roll 2 hours ago and my calf is on fire.

What you describe as "can't do much of anything" is exactly how i feel and how i think when I'm in a depressive episode. I am so happy that you've found something that is working. The book I am reading doesn't really go into detail how exercise can reduce feelings of depression and improve mood levels.
