Hi, running is the best thing for you, I lose so much weight just running 30 mins a day, it's hard at first if you are new to it but you could just run for 30 seconds then walk for 30 etc, if it's not weight you want to lose then it's just good for general fitness, walking does nothing for me I walk 5 miles a day to and…

Hi, i always think i can lose 2lb a week so eating bad a month will probably make me gain half a stone, so if eat low cal and exercise for a month you should be back to were you was before the bad month, thats how it works with my body anyway but not everyone is the same x

Hi , i don't as for me i don't see the point in putting all that hard work in just to eat it back. everyone has their own though on this before people start saying i am wrong, but thats just the way i think and it works for me x

Hi, it depends how you feel, if you are feeling weak,tired depressed,hungry then eat more. When i eat too little i find it hard to work out have headaches and feel dizzy that is when you know you need to eat more so listen to your body ,x

The only time I get chance to exercise is at 6am now, I seem to lose weight faster working out first thing, I have it in my head I have not eaten so rather than burning food I have just eaten I'm burning fat x

Hi,it has taken me three month to start seeing results as in muscle tone so you really need to stick at it, I do the Nike training 5 times a week insanity is supposed to be really good x

I always find it hard mentally to eat back cals burnt as I workout so hard and don't enjoy it I just can't get my head around eating them back, this all comes from unhealthy weight loss when I was a lot younger it's just my frame of mind x

Well this thing only says I should eat 1200, that's only a glass of orange juice away from 1000 so maybe that is why people think 1000 is the way to go x

Hi, it depends on how much you have to lose, i am not overweight so if i just diet i dont lose anything i stay the same, but if i exercise i can lose , plus i think once ou start you kind of get addicted to the feeling after you have worked out, it makes you feel slimmer too x

I used to use this as an excuse to eat more as I had cravings, but after a few months of getting out of the habit I have managed to teach myself just because I am on my period does not mean I can eat a massive bar of chocolate. Ben ad Jerry's and biscuits x

I don't as I feel as though it's undoing my hard work. I hate exercise so I personally don't want to put myself through a hard workout just to eat it back, but everyone is different x

Maybe it's the doughnuts, cake and ice cream? there is no way I could eat those things and lose weight, I try not to eat back all my bonus exercise cals as I only lose weight if I burn more than I eat, may be just try cutting the high fat treats out for two week and see how it goes , also as others have said the burnt cals…
