thats a little bit presumptuous! I gained the weight when i was pregnant. i am not a big eater and reasearch shows lack of food can keep you from losing it too. my problem is that i dont eat enough or dont eat the right foods!

thanks for the advice. I had special K for breakky wich filled me up at the time but didnt last! I think I have a lot to learn, changing habbits etc especially as i am a serial snacker :s

today is only my first day but yea i have measured. i think it is going to take some getting used to. i dont want to be eating things like crisps because i am sue that even if my cals allowed it they arent exactly healthy! i could use a few ideas of how to bump it up! x

thankyou!!! i can't wait to be able to wear jeans again. i can only get in maternity ones at the mo as i was left with a 'lip' so i have a huge waist compared to my legs so they dont look too good :( still i am not dwelling on it, it is time to change x
