The flex is great! If you're fan of liberal gesticulation, wear it on your non-dominant hand and set it on 'Dominant' mode. It'll make the tracking less sensitive so you won't end up running miles just from talking ;)

"Runkeeper" is really good for tracking runs and cardio, it also syncs with MFP . "Moves" is a good step tracker but doesn't sync with MFP unfortunately. Best thing to do is download all the free versions and try them out.
