i'm up to running 3 to 4miles 3 times a week, want to get up to 6miles 3 times a week and bring my mile time down to 8.5min/mile really i just want to improve my cardio

my proudest moment changed, lol won my first fight round 1, 18 sec tko... I got another fight next weekend :) wish me luck and more importantly that i make weight :)

Personally I try to only have food around I can eat. When I'm craving sweets I eat a bowl of frozen fruit, its high in sugar but its a lot better for me then ice cream or a snickers bar. Longer I go with out the junk easier it is to be around it and not cheat, now if I eat something really greasy or fatty I physically feel…

I have to drop another 15lbs in a little over 6 weeks or I don't make weight for my fight. So I'm trying to drop as much as I can safely and be able to keep it off. I don't like the idea of having to dehydrate myself to make weight but if i have to I will. i also workout twice a day burning between 1200 and 1800 cal/day…

I'm in I got 25 lbs to drop in the next 8 weeks. So far today I've burn 606 doing insanity and I have kickboxing tonight, my goal this week 7200 while eating 1200/day :)

the recovery week workout are decent workouts, I'd do them.

because weight fluctuates its best to only weigh in one a week first thing in the morning and record your dry weight.
