Thank you everyone. I have decided to go back to having a leg day and arm day. So I can focus more on exercises for each. This is a sample of my week Sunday. Kickball Monday: REST or easy run Tuesday: 10-20 min of cardio / 30 mins of strength (legs) / 12 mins of abs / 10 min cardio / 10 mins core and stretch Wednesday…

Thanks everyone....Believe me my workout routines are well thought out. I was just listing the different things I have tried over the years. I have looked up my TDEE. I don't eat at 1200 anymore. that doesn't get anyone anywhere in the long run.

I am 37 years old. I weight 145-149. I have changed my calories around on and off for 4 years and can't find what works for me. I did the metabolism reset about a year ago and gained 12 pounds which I lost back once I cut again. I have lowered my calories to 1200 and lost a few but then plateaued . I have tried fasting,…

s0ready, You Go Girl! My doctor just prescribed me this medicine today for the same reason. I have been eating healthy and exercising regularly for YEARS! In 2008 I was able to go from 180 to 130 in 3 months on Weight Watchers and I kept most of it off for a year, then I have been slowing gaining in back about 5 pounds a…

Thank you so much for responding. Maybe its because I cut too fast after restart. I have noticed on the weeks I eat more protein , I seems to feel lighter.

I did my TDEE without exercise accounted for because I am so random with exercising. I did just change gym from Planet Fitness to World Gym....I am really excited about it because I love the classes they order (RIPPED) and because its a mile from my work so I can go there for lunch on the days I dont have time after work!…

No I stopped gaining for about 3 weeks before I reset. I was eating 1912 . it 10% I was eating 1751 and now at 15% I am eating at 1625. I am not exercising as much as I should with the weather being so cold. But when I do I usually eat most of my calories back but not always. i have measured my waist and stomach and they…

I stopped losing so I decided to start a 15% cut the beginning of this month and the scale hasn't moved and I actually feel more bloated. I am wondering is that normal? Should I do another…

I am new to this too so I don't really know ,lol its just my opinion. I try to go by my fitbit too. My average is 1800-1950 (depending on how active I am. ) I would just figure out what your average is during a non active week and cut from there....and if you do exercise you can eat back those calories?
-
Good Luck....I wouldn't drop them.

I think I did good. The first week was the hardest. I gained the most that week, and it was so hard to eat all those calories. I ate lots of peanut butter and apples. I felt so bloated through out the reset. I gained about 7-10 pounds :( I focused on trying to get 40% carbs 30% protein and 30% fat, but that didn't always…

I totally agree with everything you just said! I try to talk myself outta the race every time....Its too early....it might rain.....etc..........but as soon as the pistol goes off I lose all self doubt. The crowd running with you will be so motivating. Everyone (almost) is so polite and encourages each other. I love…

I kept getting so many different ones so I averaged them to 1912.

I did it fast. I jumped from 1200 to 1750 week one. Then 1912 week 2

I start Week 7 tomorrow, I am feeling great! I feel FAT! but great LOL I have gained around 5 pounds or so. It feels like MUCH more....Its been hard on me to watch my sodium. I have been eating around 1912 a day. My daily average on my Fitbit says 1800-2500 depending on my activity's. I eat a little more on my active days…
