I don't know if $ is an issue, but this is a cheap one. Two friends of mine wore costumes one year that were really funny. She wore a blue dress, devil horns, tail and red heels ( devil in a blue dress) and he dressed all in brown and wore a angel's halo on his head (Holy Sh#t!) hahaahaha, it was super cute and funny!

I have used the Atkins protein shakes (only the chocolate) and the EAS (again only the chocolate). You can either wear a Heart Rate Monitor and log the calories burned from that, or go to exercise here on MFP and search under cardiovascular for circuit training. Put in the amount of minutes you did the Shred and it will calculate your calories. Hope that helps!

Log it as circuit training (23 minutes) under the cardiovascular section if you don't have a heart rate monitor.

haha! I bought that too. I am starting Ripped in 30 in a week or so (just finished the Shred) and then I think I am going to do 6 week 6 pack and KB&T together once RI30 is done. Is that crazy?! hahaha. Let me know how it goes!

I started in July at 135 lbs. I am 122 now, at the end of September.( My goal weight is somewhere around 110). Are you logging all of the water you drink? Looks like about 6 on most days. Drink alot more than that, maybe that will help. I use a 24 oz cup with a straw, so it goes down fast!

DON'T DO IT!! Just a simple thing, like wanting to change your hair color can make you regret permanent makeup. If the lines are too thick, too thin, ect, its permanent (and in the middle of your face). I didn't do any cardio when I did 30 DS, but I have seen other people's results when they have. Just take a day off when necessary and listen to your body! I logged 30 DS ( I don't have a HRM) under cardiovascular section, circuit training, 20 minutes.

I hear ya, girl. I am 5 foot 1 and current;y 124. I feel like I look and feel best at 110. I did 30 Day Shred and it has taken me down from the 130's (thank god!) and I am going to just keep pushing. Feel free to add me as a friend!

I just did my 30th workout this morning. The first 4 days SUCK! hahaha. Once you get into the 5th day and the soreness subsides, you start to really kick some butt. I am finishing the Shred today, so I will have after pictures very soon. I use Just Dance, Just Dance 2 and Zumba for the Wii. All really fun and you burn calories while doing so!
