    My name is Jen, 35 years old and FINALLY at my goal. After going through an IVF (infertility cycle), got pregnant with our second child and then decided to eat everything in sight while pregnant. The day I gave birth, I was 205. OMG, I almost weighed the same as my dad! SIGH. Changed my eating habits because I should be 120 pounds. I lost a total of 85 pounds in about a year....kept it off for over a year. Keep busy, eat well that is how I keep it off. Make the right choices and stick with it, not just sometimes but ALL THE TIME! Here are the pics from when I was pregnant to now.

    I weighed the exact same as you when I gave birth to my second child. I am only 5'3.5". I am down to 127.3. It took me 5.5 months to lose the 48 pounds I had left over after losing my maternity weight. thanks for the inspiration to keep going. You look fantastic!!!

    Great job! You have done this all for yourself and that is one thing that you should always be proud of. It's people like you and the pictures that you show that inspire others to keep on doing what is right. When I see before and after pictures they are so amazing that it gives me hope and inspiration. I can't wait until I reach my goal and will be able to post some pictures for all to see. Keep up the great work!
