I use Quest protein powder. It is delicious. I put ice, fresh fruit and unsweetened almond/coconut milk in it. The vanilla shake flavor is my favorite. They also have strawberry which is very good and chocolate.

If it has been a week, I would call your doctor. You should be better by now. Especially if all you had was a fever. You may have a virus that you are unaware of. Better safe then sorry.

Yeah, I think the price is worth it. The taste is so delicious. It really is like having a milkshake. I use fruit, ice, the powder and almond/coconut blend milk. So good.

I would try seeing a nutritionist or dietician. You also need to change your relationship with food. Being an adult, you should know what is right and wrong. I think seeking help will give you a more healthy approach to food.

I like the chocolate frozen yogurt. It is super yummy and low in calories. The only thing that sucks is a half cup is really not much at all. So I end up eating like 3-4 servings. LOL

I'm 37 and recently had a total hysterectomy 3 weeks ago. I'm already suffering from menopause symptoms. I'm not taking estrogen but I am taking progesterone to help with the hot flashes. I love my armband. It shows how I am sleeping, how many steps I am taking, and my calorie burn. I don't log food on that site, only on here. The two link together so my armband updates. It also has great battery power. You only have to charge it every 5-6 days. I would suggest getting one. I cant live without mine!

I love my link. I've had it since October and I cannot go without it. The straps I have had to change 2x already in 6 months. I always keep a back up one and they aren't that expensive.
