When I crave soda, I just drink Perrier lemon flavoured water. The bubbles feel like I'm drinking a soda.

I've done all the Les Mills classes and my favs are Body Pump, Body Attack, Body Jam. I just love it! Which gym do u go to? I'm @ GoodLife Fitness.

From my own experience, it's what I ate and not how much. Veggies and protein are good but you need some carbs in there too. I usually pack my carbs on during my lunch. I used to get the shakes and sweats as well for all the same reasons.

I do Body Pump at my gym and its a weight training class. I used to do a lot of cardio but then my body got used to it so obviously there were no changes to my body. As long as I can understand what is being typed, it doesn't really bother me. Besides, we're all here to motivate each other to lose weight and not to be criticized for grammatical errors. Real ppl are struggling with their weight and health issues, let's focus on that shall we?

I weigh myself every morning just to track how I'm doing. It's working well for me. Yesterday I ate very badly so I expected to be a little heavier this morning.
