Well, thank you for you posts! I just did my weekly weigh in at end of 7 weeks and only lost 1.5 lbs. I was so disappointed. Chocolate Cookies 2 tablespoons of water, 1 pack spenda....mix to a dough consistency. My Plan is the same as Kayleigh - In my 10 carbs, I have to count splenda, sugar free creamer, dill pickles, cucumber, sugar free jello, diet drinks, etc. On the days I do the bars instead of shakes - no extra carbs!!! 100 ounces of water minimum and after 2nd week exercise.
