no I was at 1200-1400 calories for a very long time...and now going to the gym, ive been eating the same.

I completely agree with kenneth, Ive lost 28 lbs so far. Once a week, I will prettymuch eat whatever i feel like. My weight still stays on track, and i still keep losing weight.
