Today i got 120 because i only ate breakfast so far. Also i do count my calories and i'm strict about them, and count carefully

Also i haven't seen any changes in the way i function. I haven't been feeling hungry or tired either.

Most of the time, I just eat fruits mainly, I haven't ate junk food in weeks. No soda or juice, only water.

I go for a lot of walks, and a mixture of running. But mostly walking.
